Hi, we're Ahwi and Raphael, the founders of CatchLead AI.
For the past four years, we've managed multiple short-term Airbnb rentals. Dealing with constant maintenance issues, we spent a lot of time calling local plumbers, electricians, and handymen.
During this time, we noticed a heartbreaking pattern. When a pipe leaked or a heater broke, we needed someone fast. We would call down the list on Google. If a business didn't pick up, we immediately called the next one.
Hours later, the business owners who missed our call would ring us back. We always had to give them the same unfortunate news that we are already waiting for someone else who answered earlier.
We heard the frustration and regret in their voices. These were incredibly hard-working professionals losing high-paying jobs simply because their hands were tied on a site and they couldn't answer the phone in time.
